SystemHub is based in Egypt and provides digital workflow products for architects, BIM teams, technical creators, and businesses. By accessing the website, downloading a product, starting a trial, or purchasing a license, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

SystemHub digital products may include software plugins, Revit and BIM automation tools, planning systems, workflow templates, downloadable PDFs and files, and future digital products. Product descriptions, availability, pricing, and features may change over time.

SystemHub software plugins are designed to assist workflow automation and production efficiency. They may support Revit documentation, BIM tasks, planning, templates, and related technical workflows, but they do not replace professional judgment, project review, or quality control.

Planning systems and workflow templates are provided as structured resources for personal or business workflow use. They may be adapted for internal use, but they remain SystemHub intellectual property unless otherwise stated in writing.

Basic and Pro plugin licenses are single user and single machine unless SystemHub states otherwise in writing. Sharing, reselling, sublicensing, or transferring a license without permission is not allowed.

Studio licenses may include team deployment, onboarding, custom workflows, and custom commercial terms agreed separately with SystemHub.

Printables and templates may be downloaded and printed for personal or business workflow use, but they may not be resold, redistributed, uploaded publicly, bundled into another product, or claimed as the user's own product.

SystemHub may provide a 15-day free trial with full plugin access for OSAI. Trial access is offered so users can evaluate product fit before purchase. SystemHub may limit, suspend, or end trial access if it is abused or used outside intended evaluation purposes.

When checkout is activated, SystemHub expects to use Paddle for payment processing, checkout, tax handling, receipts, and related customer purchase operations. Prices, taxes, billing terms, and subscription terms will be shown during checkout where applicable.

Users are responsible for maintaining compatible software environments, protecting account or license access, using products lawfully, and checking that any output fits their project, jurisdiction, standards, and professional obligations.

SystemHub tools assist workflow automation but do not replace professional judgment. Users remain responsible for reviewing all generated outputs before construction, permit submission, fabrication, production use, client delivery, or any other professional reliance.

You may not copy, resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, share license credentials, bypass technical protections, upload paid materials publicly, misrepresent SystemHub products as your own, or use products in unlawful, harmful, or abusive ways.

SystemHub may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue website features, products, trials, license systems, checkout flows, or support processes. We aim to maintain reliable access, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

SystemHub owns or licenses the design, content, software, templates, text, graphics, product names, workflows, downloadable files, and related intellectual property on the website and in SystemHub products. No ownership rights are transferred except for the limited license granted to use purchased or trial products.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, SystemHub is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, business, project, construction, production, data, or profit losses arising from use of the website or products. Users must independently review and validate outputs before relying on them.

SystemHub may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the website or products after changes are published means you accept the updated terms.
